
Friends, hello! How is the new year treating you? For me, this first week and a half of 2016 has been interesting and exciting, but much, much busier than I anticipated. Whew.
I’m not yet done drawing the covers of all the books I read in 2015, but I’m getting there, and will be excited to show you when I’m done. For now, here are three:
I mentioned How To Grow Up (but mostly Valencia) in Someone Else Driving, a piece from last year. As for other two: South of the Border, West of My Sun was not my favorite Murakami book, but it had its moments, like all of his stuff. In Cold Blood requires no review, but even so I will say that it’s great (and upsetting) and I am glad to have read it.
