Yesterday I updated my book design portfolio with some of my favorite projects from the last few months. These were all such a pleasure to work on. I have so much fun with the little details, like the green spine on From Somalia to Snow, or the subtle spot gloss on Out Came the Sun and Present Moment Parenting. For the majority of the books I work on, I do the interior as well as the cover wrap. Sometimes interiors are even more satisfying than covers. The Ultimate Catholic Comic Book was especially fun in that regard, as there were lots of interesting visual elements to play with. I can’t wait to see what new book projects the summer will bring!
