Hello there! Apologies for my absence last week; my parents were out of town, and I was taking care of their house and dog, Frieda. There were a lot of tennis balls that needed to be thrown. You understand. Frieda is a German Short Haired Pointer they adopted a few years back. This is the second time they’ve adopted an elderly Pointer. The first was Traveler, who died two summers ago. By the end of his life, he was mostly blind and deaf, but very kind, and very, very loved. Frieda is also very kind and beloved; I felt lucky to get to spend some time with her.
I’m catching up on art projects now; expect three posts this week. Today, to get us started, is an old 2011 comic about sweet Traveler.
