Who else did something nice outside over Memorial Weekend? I certainly did. On Sunday I went on a 30-mile bike ride to a few breweries, and finished it up with a trip to Milkjam Creamery in Uptown. It was my first time; the ice cream was very good, but what really got my attention was the wallpaper:
It turns out it was created by Shea Design (that photo is from their website). It’s fantastic! I think more businesses should have themed wallpaper. At any rate, it inspired me to create a new pattern of my own, in honor of the currently-under-construction Walker Art Center’s Spoonbridge and Cherry:
